Our Mission

"To reflect the unconditional love of Jesus Christ by providing help, hope, encouragement and joy to our community and the world."

Empowered by the Holy Spirit, WPC lives out this mission by building the church on five main pillars:

Our members unite in our worship of God and experience continuous spiritual growth

Our scripture-based Christian education serves both children and adults. 

We seek to foster continuous Christian growth of individuals through participation in small group studies throughout the week and Adult Education on Sunday mornings.

Our youth have a vibrant program stressing Biblical teaching, filled by youth from our church, other churches, and non-churched families. We choose to invest in a full-time Youth Pastor to help create the next generation of Christians.

Our resources are used for missions of our choosing: local, domestic, and abroad. Turning away from an inward-focused church, we choose to live out our faith in action through our many programs for the needy in our community and beyond. We develop personal relationships with our sponsored missionaries, two of whom are home-grown.
