Stewardship is about sharing our time, talent, treasure, and testimony.
Like many churches, the Windham Presbyterian Church asks its members and friends to support the church with ongoing contributions and an annual Faith Commitment. Our Faith Commitment process takes place at the end of the year. New members and those who did not make a Faith Commitment at the end of the year can make a Faith Commitment at any time during the year.
Establishing a Faith Commitment and making one time gifts help the church determine a realistic financial budget. However, the main purpose of making a Faith Commitment and other contributions is the spiritual benefit it brings to the giver. By making contributions to the Church, we create a strong bond between ourselves and the Church, and this, in turn, contributes to our spiritual development.
Giving to the Church is easily done using the traditional or electronic giving process. If you wish to contribute stock or similar assets or for other specific questions about making contributions to WPC, please contact the Church Office.
Contributions may be tax deductible subject to IRS rules and limitations.
